谜题1.到底谁是谁的百分之多少？
先来看题，也可以自己选选答案哦！
Of the students in a school,20 percent are in the science club and 30 percent are in the band.If 25 percent of the students in the school are in the band but are not in the science club,what percent of the students who are in the science club are not in the band?
A.15%
B.20%
C.25%
D.60%
E.75%
这个题但凡是上过我课的同学一眼就能看出来坑在哪里，因为这个题的正确率实在太低了，属于上课要重点敲黑板的问题。而这个坑，不在于不会做，就在于题干中的问题能不能读明白，。
What percent of A is B这个表述的意思是B是A的百分之多少，需要用B除以A。
而该题目中的A是the students who are in the science club中的人，也就是20%的人，整个的问题在于求这20%的人中有百分之多少不在band中，根据Venn Diagram关系，只在science不在band的人占了15%，那么我们就需要用15%÷20%=3/4，也就是75%，所以E才是答案。学在加拿大

谜题2.究竟谁是谁的2倍？
还是先来上个题吧！
A certain group of workers contains twice as many men as women.The average(arithmetic mean)weight of the men in the group is 172 pounds,and the average weight of all the workers in the group is 154 pounds.

这是个很简单的求平均数的问题，不过第一句话到底怎么理解？men是women的2倍？还是women是men的2倍？
原来英语老师教的格式是A is twice as many as B，这叫做A是B的2倍，但是对于twice as many men as women的表述，只需要记住前面的是后面的2倍就好了，也就是men是women的2倍，女性设为x人，平均数为m，则男性就是2x人。
然后就可以列式子154=(172*2x+xm)/3x，x约分掉之后可以求得m=118，显而易见120更大一些，选择B，以后碰到倍数问题要能搞清楚哦！
