--The Problem with Reciting Answers--
There are three main problems if an examinee chooses to remember whole sentences and answers for both the speaking and writing parts of the exam.
1)Most seriously,in speaking, unless you are a terrific actor or actress, the examiner will most likely know you are reciting answers. If this is the case, chances are your speaking score will be a 5.5 or less. For the writing,it can be even more obvious for the examiner to know.
2)It is extremely difficult to remember correctly the sentence or answer, and this,in addition to reciting, will help lower the score even more.
3)It is common for both speaking and writing questions to be modified and changed. In other words, the question may not be exactly the same as the one for which the examinee recited the answer. In this case, reciting can be a disaster!
RECITE=5.5 OR LESS
Have you ever tried to memorize every answer to every question for an exam? You know there's a long list of questions and a long list of answers, and then, you work hard and try and remember each and every one.
Doing this isn’t only impossible for the average person, but it is also time-consuming,time that could have been spent on actual learning, and most seriously,it is something the examiner will recognize.
In other words, they will probably know that it is memorized language. If whole sentences and answers are memorized, then it will have a negative effect on your score.
IELTS test-takers need to understand that the test is for the English language.
Unless you're a robot, language is a living, complex, and ever-changing thing. You have to use your mind to build and remember the grammar and vocabulary of the language, but you must also use your brain to think in the language. And yes,IELTS will test you on this.As a result,to get higher than a 5.5 in Speaking,a certain amount of critical thinking is needed.
So what's critical thinking?
There are many definitions out there.Simply put, critical thinking is using your knowledge and experience to think logically about the world around you. So,in language terms,to listen to or read something, and think about its meaning, then produce a thoughtful response.
On test day,if you just produce memorized responses on your tests, then you're not going to get a good score.

For speaking:
For an 8 or 9 score, you have to show full understanding, deal with complex situations, and demonstrate detailed argumentation.
For writing:
For a score 6 and higher, there really needs to be an attempt to present, extend and support your ideas, though for a 6 score there may be inadequacies, making the explanation unclear or undeveloped.
To get a higher score in your essay writing, you have to develop clear, coherent, and logical arguments. 雅思真题
If you rely on recited answers, you cannot expect higher than a 5.5 score
